the challenge

Our challenge with Hyp3r was to reimagine the process of hiring software engineers. We were tasked with designing and building a custom marketplace platform that could connect businesses worldwide with world-class freelance talents in software development, design, and marketing. To achieve this, we needed to create profiles, implement complex filters, and develop sophisticated matching algorithms, among other intricate features.

To kick off the platform, we detailed the information about the web presentation of any position to freelance for, language skills, experience level, team structure specifications, matching algorithms based on multiple metrics and requirements, and designed and developed a friendly web MVP in no time.
