the challenge
The Romanian Football Federation aimed to launch a platform for football management courses and international educational programs with partners from FIFA and UEFA to educate players, coaches, and referees but also for people from outside the pitch, such as managers, specialists, or parents.
the solution
The solution proposed was to transform the National Football Academy into the most important provider of educational programs in sports in Romania, offering an organizational model for Romanian sports. We've designed a learning platform focusing on user experience and accessibility while considering scalability and high traffic.
The learning platform is available via a web browser and allows teachers to create actionable video lessons and a student interface to encourage educational collaboration and communication.

- Join Classroom video calls;
- Chat and share files, both in the classroom and during the 1:1 sessions;
- Go through interactive quizzes using closed questions, open questions, multiple choices, flashcards, adventure points as an alternative to grades, skill badges, progress bars, etc.;
- Access their classes and modules at any time and rewatch the lesson;
- A list of the resources available for each lesson (presentation links, articles, books, etc.).
